Farfalle al salmone

  • 340 g farfalle
  • 225 g smoked salmon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 112 g cream cheese
  • black pepper
  • parmesan


  • Cook the pasta
  • Finely mince the garlic and sauté in a large skillet together with butter for 1-2 min
  • Add vodka and fry another minute
  • Add cream, milk and cream cheese and stir until it cream cheese is blended and melted. Add ground black pepper and simmer for 2 min
  • Slice the salmon to smaller strips then add it and the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine and let it cook for another 2 min
  • Serve hot with some freshly grated parmesan and freshly ground black pepper
