Instructions
Cook the pasta
Finely mince the garlic and sauté in a large skillet together with butter for 1-2 min
Add vodka and fry another minute
Add cream, milk and cream cheese and stir until it cream cheese is blended and melted. Add ground black pepper and simmer for 2 min
Slice the salmon to smaller strips then add it and the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine and let it cook for another 2 min
Serve hot with some freshly grated parmesan and freshly ground black pepper
