Recipe: ischoklad - Swedish ice chocolate

You need a package of small aluminium cups (called ischokladformar in Swedish)

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa
  • 100 g coconut butter
  • 1 tsp Cointreau
  • 25 g raisins

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the small cups closely on a tray
  • Melt the coconut butter in a pot
  • Break up chocolate and add it. Stir and let it melt together
  • Add the Cointreau and stir it in. Remove from heat and carefully pour it in the cups
  • Finish by adding a raisin or two in each cup
  • Let it cool a bit before placing it in the fridge
