Recipe: ischoklad - Swedish ice chocolate
You need a package of small aluminium cups (called ischokladformar in Swedish)

- 200 g dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa
- 100 g coconut butter
- 1 tsp Cointreau
- 25 g raisins
Arrange the small cups closely on a tray
Melt the coconut butter in a pot
Break up chocolate and add it. Stir and let it melt together
Add the Cointreau and stir it in. Remove from heat and carefully pour it in the cups
Finish by adding a raisin or two in each cup
Let it cool a bit before placing it in the fridge
