Cut the pork in small cubes and distribute them evenly on an oven pan
Place the pan in the oven and turn the heat on 225°C (435°F)
While the oven is heating up whisk together the flour and milk before adding the eggs
Take out the pan when the pork is ready and add the butter
Spread out the butter and pork evenly before adding the batter
Cook in the lower part of the oven for around 30 min until golden brown, The middle of the pan usually takes the longest to get ready.
Serve with lingonberry jam and some grated carrot and/or cabbage
