soy sauce

Instructions
Cut the ribs in ~5 cm pieces (2 inches)
Clean the orange and then peel it. Place peel in a pot and then squeeze out all juice in the pot as well.
Pour the glögg, soy sauce and spices in the pot and bring to a boil
Add the meat and bring to a boil again, cook under lid on low heat for around 45-60 min
Remove the meat and add the starch to the sauce (blend it with a small amount of cold water before adding it to the pot to avoid lumps)
Serve hot with a potato gratin
