Christmas spice mix

ground ginger

ground clove

Instructions
Heat oven to 175°C (350°F)
Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl
Then add the sour milk and syrup and mix well
Grease and flour two 1½ liter bread forms (you can use crushed rye or panko/breadcrumbs for this)
Pour in the mixture evenly and then bake in the lower part of the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Take out, cover with a towel and let it cool
