Heat the oven to 175°C (350°F)
Mash the bananas completely
Take a big bowl and whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy and then add the butter
In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients (except walnuts and raisins)
Pour in half of the dry ingredients in the egg mixture and stir it together
Now stir in the mashed bananas before adding the rest of the dry ingredients
Finally add the raisins and crushed walnuts
Grease and flour your cake pan (we use bundt cake pan for more even cooking)
Pour the cake mixture in and bake for 35 min
