Den absolut vanligaste sorten rabarber som folk kan handla i butik eller har i sina tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdar i Sverige \u00e4r dock sorten Viktoria som \u00e4r gr\u00f6n.<\/p>\r\n<p>De recept som rankar h\u00f6gst upp p\u00e5 google n\u00e4r man s\u00f6ker efter rabarberpaj \u00e4r paj med vanlig smuldeg. Gott, men inte fantastiskt gott som n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r v\u00e5rt recept med riven mandelmassa och kokos i smuldegen. Andra varianter \u00e4r med kn\u00e4ckigt t\u00e4cke som liknar v\u00e5rt recept p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/hallonpaj-med-knackigt-tacke\/\">hallonpaj med kn\u00e4ckigt t\u00e4cke<\/a>. Ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt gott, men rabarberpaj blir absolut b\u00e4st med denna smuldeg som har smak av mandelmassa och kokos.
