Jag kan \u00e4ven varmt rekommendera denna <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/rabarberlemonad\/\">rabarberlemonad<\/a> om du fortfarande har rabarber kvar. Eller varf\u00f6r inte kombon <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/rabarber-och-fladersaft\/\">rabarber och fl\u00e4dersaft<\/a>. Har du jordgubbar s\u00e5 kan du g\u00f6ra en annan god kombo: <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/jordgubbssaft-med-flader\/\">jordgubbssaft med fl\u00e4der.<\/a> Det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven att anv\u00e4nda b\u00e4ren f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en god fl\u00e4derb\u00e4rssaft!<\/p>\n<p>Om du inte har har fl\u00e4der som v\u00e4xer i din tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd s\u00e5 kan du alltid plocka det i en park eller i det vilda (fl\u00e4der v\u00e4xer som ogr\u00e4s i Sverige). Notera dock att d\u00e4r \u00e4ven finns giftig fl\u00e4der (R\u00f6d fl\u00e4der &#8211; giftig druvfl\u00e4dern), s\u00e5 se till att plocka r\u00e4tt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e5gra skillnader mellan vanlig fl\u00e4der och giftig:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Blomman p\u00e5 den r\u00f6da fl\u00e4dern \u00e4r egentligen inte r\u00f6d, utan mer en gr\u00f6ngul (till skillnad fr\u00e5n den vitgula \u00e4tbara blomman).<\/li>\n<li>Den r\u00f6da fl\u00e4dern luktar inte lika ljuvligt som den vanliga europeiska fl\u00e4derblomman (Sambucus nigra).<\/li>\n<li>Den r\u00f6da fl\u00e4dern blommar f\u00f6re den vanliga.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6da fl\u00e4derblommor \u00e4r druvformade (ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r platta).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Du kommer antagligen se flera olika recept d\u00e4r du ska b\u00f6rja med att l\u00f6sa upp sockret i kokande vatten och sedan h\u00e4lla det \u00f6ver fl\u00e4derblommorna. Det fungerar lika bra, men du m\u00e5ste r\u00f6ra i blandningen under tiden f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra dig om att sockret sm\u00e4lter ordentligt. De vanligaste recepten anv\u00e4nder mer socker, men jag har funnit att ration mellan socker och fl\u00e4der i detta recept fortfarande \u00e4r gott och uppfriskande utan att g\u00f6ra det f\u00f6r s\u00f6tsliskigt.<\/p>\n<p>Det st\u00f6rsta problemet jag har \u00e4r att bli av med en pyttearm\u00e9 av sm\u00e5, sm\u00e5 trips som \u00e4lskar att bo i fl\u00e4derns blommor. Sj\u00e4lv har jag bara skakat klasarna ordentligt och d\u00e5 ramlar de flesta bort. H\u00e4r finns ett <a href=\"https:\/\/www.land.se\/tradgard\/smakryp-i-fladerblom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trick att l\u00e4gga klasarna p\u00e5 vita tallrikar<\/a>. Dock tyckte jag det gick snabbare och b\u00e4ttre att bara skaka klassarna mycket.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f6r l\u00e4ngre h\u00e5llbarhet:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00f6r du en st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngd och vill spara s\u00e5 det h\u00e5ller en l\u00e4ngre tid (utan att frysa in) s\u00e5 sterilisera flaskorna du h\u00e4ller upp p\u00e5 f\u00f6rst. En enkel sterilisering \u00e4r att ta 2 dl kokhett vatten och blanda med 2 tsk natriumbensoat. H\u00e4ll i blandningen i en flaska i taget, st\u00e4ng locket och skaka runt.
