Det \u00e4r verkligen en klassisk r\u00e4tt att servera antingen till vardags eller som ett festligare middagsalternativ. \u00a0K\u00f6ttbullar kan serveras med olika tillbeh\u00f6r men de mest \u00e4lskade \u00e4r nog potatismos, lingonsylt, s\u00e5s och inlagd gurka. K\u00f6ttbullar introducerades i Sverige redan p\u00e5 1600-talet men har i modern tid spridits \u00f6ver v\u00e4rlden genom IKEA. I USA \u00e4r dock Swedish meatballs en liten annan r\u00e4tt d\u00e4r k\u00f6ttbullarna simmar i en bruns\u00e5s. Det h\u00e4r receptet och fotot skapades av Frida Olsson och Lina Sand\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Om kockarna:<\/strong> Frida Olsson och Lina Sand\u00e9n drev tidigare ReceptSkaparna d\u00e4r de utvecklade recept f\u00f6r den svenska matindustrin. De arbetade \u00e4ven som r\u00e5dgivare och gjorde allt fr\u00e5n att utveckla recept, testa (och provsmaka), styla, fotografera och redigera. Tillsammans har de en djup och bred kunskap om mat och kulinarisk kultur.<\/p>\n<p>Sverige har ingen officiell nationalr\u00e4tt och det finns en m\u00e4ngd m\u00f6jliga kandidater p\u00e5 r\u00e4tter och olika \u00e5sikter runt om i landet.
