L\u00e5t pannkakan st\u00e5 kvar i efterv\u00e4rmen i 10 minuter efter ugnen \u00e4r avst\u00e4ngd \u2013 d\u00e5 s\u00e4tter den sig perfekt.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1005\">Hur vet man n\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar?<\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1161\">Den ska vara gyllene p\u00e5 toppen och lite fj\u00e4drande n\u00e4r du trycker l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 mitten. Om den k\u00e4nns degig \u2013 l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 efterv\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1194\">Hur f\u00f6rvarar man rester?<\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1331\">L\u00e5t pannkakan svalna, f\u00f6rvara i luftt\u00e4t burk i kylsk\u00e5pet och v\u00e4rm p\u00e5 175 grader i 5\u201310 minuter. Perfekt som lunchl\u00e5da eller <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/picknickmat-och-ideer\/\">picknickmat<\/a>!<\/p>\r\n<h3>Ingredienser:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\r\n<li>4 dl mj\u00f6l (250 g)<\/li>\r\n<li>8 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\r\n<li>4 \u00e4gg<\/li>\r\n<li>lite salt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader (varmluft).<\/li>\r\n<li>Sm\u00f6rj en djup ugnspl\u00e5t ordentligt med sm\u00f6ret, d\u00e5 lossnar ugnspannkakan l\u00e4ttare sen.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Blanda ihop lite av mj\u00f6l och mj\u00f6lk med en ballongvisp och se till att klumparna f\u00f6rsvinner. Forts\u00e4tt tills\u00e4tta lite i taget medans du vispar. Tycker det \u00e4r enklare om du har i mindre mj\u00f6lk \u00e4n mj\u00f6l s\u00e5 det blir en tjock smet och sen n\u00e4r allt mj\u00f6l \u00e4r iblandat s\u00e5 h\u00e4ller du i det sista av mj\u00f6lken, \u00e4ggen och salt och blandar om.<\/li>\r\n<li>H\u00e4ll smeten i ugnspl\u00e5ten och st\u00e4ll in i nedre delen av ugnen och gr\u00e4dda i 20 min. St\u00e4ng av ugnen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ytterligare 10 min.<\/li>\r\n<li>Sk\u00e4r upp och servera med sylt och rivna mor\u00f6tter f\u00f6r den klassiska husmanskosten.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>Hur l\u00e4nge gr\u00e4ddas ugnspannkaka f\u00f6r att bli perfekt \u00e4r s\u00e5klart en funktion av hur mycket smet du har, hur stor form du har och vilken typ av ugn du har! Har du en varmluftsugn som jag, samt en djup l\u00e5ngpanna som \u00e4r lika bred som ugnen s\u00e5 kan du f\u00f6lja mitt recept till punkt och pricka! Men blir din pannkaka lite tjockare s\u00e5 kommer du beh\u00f6va ha den inne l\u00e4ngre i ugnen, och samtidigt undvika att den blir br\u00e4nd. Enklast \u00e4r att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 en ugnsfolie.
