D\u00e5 har du s\u00e4kert m\u00e4rkt vilken enorm skillnad det \u00e4r p\u00e5 recepten. Inte s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga av de som rankar b\u00e4st som har s\u00e4rskilt bra betyg heller.<\/p>\r\n<p>Det \u00e4r olika m\u00e4ngder i olika recept, detta \u00e4r ganska viktigt att f\u00e5 till r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till bra lager samt att h\u00e5lla en rimlig tid att laga maten. Har du 3-4 auberginer som i Zeinas recept s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du steka i v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e5nga omg\u00e5ngar!<\/p>\r\n<p>Moussaka (melitzanes mousaka) finns inte bara i Grekland utan i m\u00e5nga andra l\u00e4nder som balkanl\u00e4nderna, Turkiet och m\u00e5nga andra l\u00e4nder i mellan\u00f6stern. I Italien finns en snarlik r\u00e4tt som heter <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/melanzane-alla-parmigiana\/\">Melanzane alla parmigiana<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Det \u00e4r 3 huvudkomponenter i en klassisk grekisk moussaka:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Aubergineskivor (stekta i olja)<\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/vegetarisk-spagetti-och-kottfarssas-bolognese\/\">K\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s<\/a> (oftast med n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, ibland med lamm)<\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/bechamelsas\/\">Bechamels\u00e5s<\/a> med \u00e4gg och ost i<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Kryddor som g\u00f6r en Moussaka \u00e4r kanel! ganska ofta ocks\u00e5 muskot och ibland timjan.<\/p>\r\n<p>Men den stora fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Ska det vara potatis i en klassisk moussaka eller inte?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Genom att titta p\u00e5 recept skrivna av greker s\u00e5 blir man inte mycket klokare, d\u00e4r finns b\u00e5da varianter.<\/p>\r\n<p>Det finns nog en hel del olika varianter p\u00e5 moussaka \u00e4ven i Grekland.<\/p>\r\n<p>I Sverige har det gjorts recept som kallas moussaka fast man helt bytt ut aubergine mot potatis. Enklare och snabbare, men k\u00e4nns som att det \u00e4r en annan r\u00e4tt \u00e4n moussaka.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sj\u00e4lv tycker jag m\u00e5ltiden k\u00e4nns mer komplett om det \u00e4ven \u00e4r lite potatis i. Dessutom trevligt med lite tuggmotst\u00e5nd.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Varf\u00f6r ska du salta auberginen egentligen?<\/h2>\r\n<p>En sak som g\u00f6r att det kan ta l\u00e5ng tid att g\u00f6ra en Moussaka \u00e4r att salta auberginen och l\u00e5ta den st\u00e5 f\u00f6r att sen torka dom.<\/p>\r\n<p>F\u00f6rr i tiden var aubergine mer beska \u00e4n de vi k\u00f6per idag och man kunde minska beskan genom att salta och l\u00e5ta dra i 30-60 min. Saltningen inneb\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att fruktk\u00f6ttet svettas ut v\u00e4tska och d\u00e4rmed suger \u00e5t sig mindre m\u00e4ngd fett vid tillagning. Vissa recept struntar i det, i andra st\u00e5r det 15 min och upp till 60 min.<\/p>\r\n<p>F\u00f6r att spara tid s\u00e5 kommer jag n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng att prova utan att salta.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Andra tips n\u00e4r du lagar moussaka<\/h2>\r\n<p>Om man inte gillar konsistensen av aubergine eller att barnen plockar bort den s\u00e5 kan man mixa ner den i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen ist\u00e4llet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\r\n<p>Traditionellt s\u00e5 verkar man ha friterat aubergineskivor, men det \u00e4r en l\u00e5ng och kladdig process och jag tycker maten blir alldeles f\u00f6r flottig. Ist\u00e4llet kan man l\u00e4gga dom p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t.<\/p>\r\n<p>I det h\u00e4r receptet s\u00e5 har jag utg\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n att vi redan har k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s (vi anv\u00e4nde v\u00e5r <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/vegetarisk-spagetti-och-kottfarssas-bolognese\/\">vegetariska k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s<\/a>).
