Jag utgick fr\u00e5n de 3 b\u00e4sta amerikanska recepten och gjorde en ny variant med b\u00e4ttre m\u00e5tt f\u00f6r oss i Sverige.<\/p>\r\n<p>Traditionellt best\u00e5r r\u00e4tten av kokta makaroner blandat med en <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/bechamelsas\/\">bechamels\u00e5s<\/a> och sm\u00e4lt riven ost, toppat med lite str\u00f6br\u00f6d och sen bakat i ugn.<\/p>\r\n<p>Det v\u00e4rsta jag varit med om var n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6pte ett s\u00e5nt d\u00e4r paket fr\u00e5n USA med Mac and cheese som det bara var att tills\u00e4tta pasta till. D\u00e5 valde jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 det mest popul\u00e4ra m\u00e4rket enligt hon i butiken. G\u00f6r det inte! G\u00f6r denna goda hemmalagade Macaroni and cheese ist\u00e4llet!<\/p>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"761\"><strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"761\">S\u00e5 g\u00f6r du den b\u00e4sta Macaroni and cheese<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1057\">Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r det <strong data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"818\">b\u00e4sta receptet p\u00e5 Macaroni and cheese<\/strong> \u2013 kr\u00e4mig, smakrik och med den d\u00e4r perfekt gyllene ytan.<br data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"877\" \/>Jag har testat massor av varianter genom \u00e5ren, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r den jag alltid kommer tillbaka till. En klassisk <em data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1010\">baked mac and cheese<\/em> med r\u00e4tt balans mellan ost, mj\u00f6lk och pasta.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1258\">Hemligheten ligger i att g\u00f6ra en riktigt bra <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1135\">osts\u00e5s (bechamel + cheddar)<\/strong> och inte sn\u00e5la med den! Sedan baka den i ugnen tills ytan bubblar l\u00e4tt och f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg. D\u00e5 blir den b\u00e5de kr\u00e4mig och l\u00e4tt frasig p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1317\"><strong data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1317\">Vilken ost \u00e4r b\u00e4st i Macaroni and cheese?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1584\">Det viktigaste f\u00f6r smak och kr\u00e4mighet \u00e4r ostvalet. En <strong>lagrad cheddar<\/strong> \u00e4r det som blir b\u00e4st.
