Barnen ville bara ha mer och mer \ud83d\ude42 Det \u00e4r ju lite \u00e5t samma h\u00e5ll som <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/tacopasta\/\">tacopasta<\/a> som ocks\u00e5 blev en favorit h\u00e4r hemma.<\/p>\n<p>Har utg\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n grundreceptet till den b\u00e4sta mac and cheese, men har ut\u00f6kat m\u00e4ngden s\u00e5 det passade b\u00e4ttre ihop med m\u00e4ngderna tacof\u00e4rs.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom att ta fram recept som \u00e4r barnv\u00e4nliga och enkla att g\u00f6ra en vardag s\u00e5 tycker jag det ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r viktigt att anv\u00e4nda vettiga m\u00e4ngder av ingredienser s\u00e5 att man inte f\u00e5r matsvinn av att det ligger en halv burk tacos\u00e5s kvar i kylsk\u00e5pet. Alldeles f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga recept d\u00e4r ute som tagits fram av n\u00e5gon som inte t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 att ingredienserna som blir \u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver anv\u00e4ndas upp f\u00f6r att inte bli <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/mat-som-slangs-mest-i-hushallen-och-hur-det-matsvinnet-kan-minska\/\">matsvinn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Till\u00e4gget med taco i detta recept \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en hel burk majs, en p\u00e5se tacokrydda och 1 burk tacos\u00e5s. Inget svinn h\u00e4r inte! Och anv\u00e4nder mig av fryst vegof\u00e4rs d\u00e5 det har f\u00f6rdelen att du bara tar den m\u00e4ngd som du beh\u00f6ver, resten \u00e5ker tillbaka in i frysen.<\/p>\n<p>Har du inte vegof\u00e4rs men vanlig k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det s\u00e5klart utm\u00e4rkt att byta ut i receptet.<\/p>\n<p>Har du inte en f\u00e4rdig p\u00e5se med tacokrydda?
