I v\u00e5rt recept har jag tillsatt lite balsamvin\u00e4ger (eftersom det \u00e4r den vanligaste vin\u00e4gern som folk brukar ha hemma) men kanske mer traditionellt \u00e4r r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n<p>Horiatiki salata som den kallas av grekerna ska traditionellt serveras med ett stort block fetaost ovanp\u00e5, tycker dock att ett halvt block per portion r\u00e4ckte gott och v\u00e4l \ud83d\ude42 P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r det dock ett helt block p\u00e5 150g. Horiatiki (eller \u03c7\u03c9\u03c1\u03b9\u03ac\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b7) har jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt kommer fr\u00e5n ordet f\u00f6r rustik \/ fr\u00e5n landet \/ fr\u00e5n byn<\/p>\n<p>Grekisk sallad kan \u00e4tas som en egen m\u00e5ltid, perfekt som en snabb, god och nyttig lunch tillsammans med en bit br\u00f6d! Perfekt som sommarlunch.
