Det \u00e4r en s\u00e5 popul\u00e4r r\u00e4tt att det anses vara Indonesiens nationalr\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen \u00e4r en traditionell Indonesisk Nasi goreng ganska simpel utan en massa extra ingredienser som vi vant oss vid i Sverige. T.ex. brukar det inte vara k\u00f6tt eller gr\u00f6nsaker med. Nyckeln \u00e4r ist\u00e4llet den aromatiska krydd\/s\u00e5sblanding som best\u00e5r av kecap manis (s\u00f6t sojas\u00e5s), belecan (r\u00e4kpasta \/ shrimp paste), l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, olja och chili. Traditionellt serveras den med ett stekt \u00e4gg, gurka och tomat.<\/p>\n<p>Men \u00e4ven om den traditionellt inte g\u00f6rs med s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga ingredienser s\u00e5 \u00e4r det samtidigt en r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r r\u00e4tt tacksam att ha i lite av vad man har hemma. Precis som med fried rice s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det att variera i o\u00e4ndlighet. Vanliga ingredienser att tills\u00e4tta \u00e4r strimlad vitk\u00e5l, mor\u00f6tter, haricot verts, \u00e4rtor, stekt strimlat \u00e4gg, paprika eller i stort sett vilken annan ingrediens du t\u00e4nker dig kunna woka.<\/p>\n<p>Huvudingrediensen \u00e4r s\u00e5klart ris i denna r\u00e4tt! Nyckeln f\u00f6r att lyckas \u00e4r att du kokat riset dagen innan och l\u00e5tit den st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5pet utan lock. Ocks\u00e5 viktigt att du anv\u00e4nder ett ris som inte klibbar. Vanligt l\u00e5ngkornigt ris eller basmatiris funkar bra. Undvik jasminris och annat klibbigt ris. Sk\u00f6lj riset ordentligt innan. N\u00e4r du kokar riset s\u00e5 fyll p\u00e5 med mer vatten \u00e4n du brukar och n\u00e4r det \u00e4r klart kan du bara sk\u00f6lja det under kallt vatten f\u00f6r att snabbare kyla ned det och f\u00e5 bort lite st\u00e4rkelse.<\/p>\n<p>I nedan recept har jag valt att g\u00f6ra den vegetarisk och enklare f\u00f6r oss i Sverige genom att skippa r\u00e4kpastan. Har \u00e4ven tillsatt Oumph, \u00e4rtor och paprika. Kecap manis \u00e4r det inte m\u00e5nga som har hemma i Sverige men det kan vi enkelt ers\u00e4tta genom att blanda lika delar soja med brun farinsocker, sen koka det tills konsistensen tjocknat n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>Barnen \u00e5t med god aptit och det kanske inte \u00e4r konstigt att den \u00e4ven \u00e4r popul\u00e4r som skolmat.<\/p>\n<p>Om ni inte g\u00f6r den till barn som \u00e4r mer k\u00e4nsliga mot stark mat, s\u00e5 prova med f\u00e4rsk chili ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r chilipulver som vi hade.
