Sj\u00e4lv tycker jag b\u00e4st om <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/crepes-med-champinjonstuvning\/\">crepes med svampstuvning<\/a>, men det gillar inte barnen. Av alla crepes recept vi provat s\u00e5 gillade barnen detta b\u00e4st.<\/p>\r\n<p>I Sverige s\u00e4ger vi crepes om pannkakor med fyllning, oavsett om det \u00e4r s\u00f6tt eller mer matigt. Ordet och matr\u00e4tten cr\u00eape kommer fr\u00e5n Frankrike, men d\u00e4r \u00e4r en cr\u00eape pannkakor med s\u00f6t fyllning. Pannkakor med mer matig fyllning kallas galette. Men eftersom n\u00e4stan ingen i Sverige vet vad man menar med galette s\u00e5 forts\u00e4tter jag ocks\u00e5 kalla dem crepes \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\r\n<p>Detta recept \u00e4r anpassat f\u00f6r 8 st crepes f\u00f6r att passa i den form vi har (33*23 cm). Vi f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter \u00e4ven att du har stekt pannkakorna. G\u00e5r du efter v\u00e5rt <a href=\"https:\/\/ingmar.app\/blogg\/pannkakor-pannkakssmet-till-plattar\/\">recept p\u00e5 pannkakor<\/a> s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du ca 26 pannkakor. Det r\u00e4cker allts\u00e5 till 3 satser crepes med 8 vardera.
