Det h\u00e4r receptet har en h\u00e4rlig balans av s\u00f6tma, s\u00e4lta och syra. Det \u00e4r enkelt att variera en sallad till vad du har hemma.<\/p>\n<p>Grundkompositionen i en god sallad som \u00e4r matig \u00e4r att ha med f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sallad (valfri sallad, k\u00e5l eller bladspenat)<\/li>\n<li>Kolhydrat (bulgur, couscous, matvete, belugalinser, risoni, s\u00f6tpotatis, mm)<\/li>\n<li>Knaprigt (n\u00f6tter, fr\u00f6n, stekt bacon, krutonger, mm)<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e5s (vin\u00e4grett, yoghurts\u00e5s, getostkr\u00e4m, avokadokr\u00e4m, mm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I detta recept anv\u00e4nde jag faktiskt inte \u00e4kta halloumi utan den svenska varianten kallad Pannoumi (fr\u00e5n Sk\u00e5nemejerier).
