Det finns s\u00e5klart m\u00e5nga olika proteink\u00e4llor i pokebowl och i denna har vi valt friterad tofu fr\u00e5n Yipin som jag tycker blir riktigt bra f\u00f6r att man f\u00e5r lite tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Andra vanliga alternativa protein om du inte vill ha en vegetarisk poke bowl \u00e4r kyckling, lax, tonfisk, r\u00e4kor. Annan tofu g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra, det \u00e4r nog mycket din egen preferens som styr h\u00e4r, men prova friterad tofu om ni inte gjort det innan och tycker vanlig tofu \u00e4r tr\u00e5kig.<\/p>\n<p>Basen i poke bowl \u00e4r n\u00e5n typ av ris som \u00e4r varmt eller ljummet.
