Lightly beat the eggs and fry in a small pan with a little butter or oil. Add salt. Remove from the heat and slice into 1 cm thick slices.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions but reduce time with 30 seconds.
Peel and chop the onion. Peel the garlic. Rinse the pak choi and cut up (keep the white parts separated from the green).
Heat a wok pan with the oil. Fry the onion and the white part of the pak choi until soft. Add the garlic. Stir and fry for 1 min more.
Add the rest of the pak choi, tofu, noodles, kecap manis, soy and sambal oelek. Stir and let everything get hot. Add the eggs and bean sprouts and mix together.
Serve with tomato slices.
