A very common Swedish treat is the Chocolate balls rolled in pearl sugar or shredded coconut. The 11th of May is the national chocolate ball day in Sweden (chokladbollens dag) and I was inspired by a Swedish blogger who made a cake out of the ordinary ingredients for chocolate balls. However, it looked so thin for me so I made some easy enhancemet by spreading nutella over and then top with sliced bananas. I tried it directly but I think I enjoyed it even better after it has been chilled and stiffened up a bit.
Basically I took the original recipe for chocolate balls and just added 3 heaping tablespoons with nutella and 1 banana as topping.
