Instructions on how to quickly peel ginger:

1. It is fast and easy to peel a piece of ginger with the help of an ordinary spoon
2. With a light pressure the peel will easily come off, the spoon also moves around irregular shapes and does not take off too much

Bonus tip:

Peel a piece of ginger completely and then freeze it in a small plastic bag. This makes it so much easier to grate it later when you need some quickly grated ginger!
