How to pit a plum

How to pit a plum

Instructions on how to pit a plum (and other stone fruits):

  1. Use a pairing knife to cut around the center of the plum all the way into the pit
  2. Hold on both sides of the cut and twist in two different directions so it separates
  3. Take the half with the pit and cut around crosswise to the first cut
  4. Twist the two sides again so it separates
  5. Now you can just twist the pit to remove it

If you for some reason want to hear it with Swedish sound
