Recipe: Simple and delicious blueberry chia pudding

January 25, 2016 by Kalle Leave a Comment

Blueberry chia pudding Haven’t tried any recipes with the super healthy chia seeds yet? Start with this fantastic recipe as a breakfast. It is only using 3 ingredients and all of them have a long duration in your pantry of fridge. Instead of blueberry chia pudding you can of course easily just replace the jam with another jam you have at hand. You can of course also replace the milk with some other liquid like regular milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc This is how healthy chia seeds are in comparison to other healthy food:

  • 500% more calcium than milk
  • 1400% more magnesium than broccoli
  • 500% more protein than kidney beans
  • 200% more iron than spinach
  • 600% more omega 3 than salmon
  • more antioxidants than blueberries

Here you can find this recipe in swedish.
